The following information is provided to assist in what we trust will be a most enjoyable day at The Royal Norwich. The Club requires that all Members of your Society be Members of a Golf Club and hold a bona fide Handicap Certificate.

The Organiser should confirm to the Club the precise number in the party at least seven days prior to the date of booking. The Royal Norwich reserves the right to change reserved Tee Times, in the unlikely event of this happening the Society Organiser will be notified. Unfortunately The Club cannot guarantee to accommodate more players than originally booked. Please see the attached menus if meals are required. It will be helpful to our caterers if these are completed and returned 7 days prior to your visit.

For Societies playing 36 holes, it is recommended that one round is Foursomes or Greensomes. Scrambles are not permitted. With continuous play a four ball should take no longer than a maximum of 4 hours. Gentleman play from the Yellow markers, Ladies from the Red.

Pull trolleys are available from the Professional's Shop. Privately owned Golf Buggies are allowed on the course by prior agreement with the General Manager.

The Club does not accept any responsibility for property left in the Car Park, the Clubhouse of on the Course. The organiser will assume responsibility for any damage caused by him or any Member of his party, whether in the Clubhouse or grounds.

On arrival it is a legal requirement that all Members of your Society sign the Visitors Book situated in the Professional's Shop.

It will be helpful for the General Manager to know in advance if you wish to be invoiced, otherwise payment is to the Professional's Shop. Credit Cards are accepted subject to a small surcharge.

Please remember that if you require food to let us know your requirements from the menus (click to download).
