Arrive in the Stables for Tea and Coffee, where you will meet
with Brad Williams the Health and Fitness coach at Royal Norwich.

An introduction of GYM 121 and what the fitness services at Royal Norwich can offer you.
Including some example exercises upstairs in the fitness suite.

30 min Pilates taster session (optional)

How to warm up and cool down for Golf
